    Roooms are nicely decorated

Need a pan in kitchen, a few stains on carpet, breakfast disorganized: fire alarm going off every 5 mins or so because of the toaster been under it, only one toaster working (these are cheap toasters, should have a heavy duty one ), fruit was gone, only one cereal available, bread shoud be taken out of bag so people dont have to reach in it to get some.

    Close to the village

I thought it was way too costly for the service and room quality.

I liked the service of the shuttle bus to Blue Mountain Village, the friendly staff and the view from the chalets

The address is not clear as the Resort sign was not Blue Mountain Chalets. It is Mountain Spring Resorts. It took me and my friend sometime to find the place even with the help of the gps

I liked the location. The setting was lovely. The tennis courts were good. Didn't get a chance to use the pool.

The Continental breakfast could offer a few more choices. Items seemed to be empty or garbages overflowing.

The room was the overall best thing about my stay. Two levels and very clean.

I did not like the outside pool or the fact that they did not have an ice machine. We also had a problem with the lock on our door.

Sofa Bed was terrible - people complain that they could not sleep the whole night

    Clean, self-contained, quiet, easy access.

Improved (bold) street numbering would help - we passed by several times trying to find the reception/main office.

The location and setting was beautiful - close to the Blue Mountain Village and there was a shuttle service that took you right into the village. The food in the hotel restaurant was pretty good - we had the steak special for 15 dollars. However the continental breakfast was not good, croissants were stale, eggs were cold. Overall stay was pleasant.

The address was difficult to find via gps - when you put the postal code in it comes up as Meaford which is not the right place - this unfortunately took us way out of our way and caused us a lot of frustration. When we arrived at the hotel and told the desk clerk this he indicated that he was of aware of this problem but did not really offer any solution. Also the hot tub was not working.

    Needs improvement

Thought we had booked a "hotel room" needed for only one night as we had an appointment early in the morning. The "Chalet" was grubby and dismal looking (a lot more space than we required for a short stay more expensive?????) No breakfast facilities available would not stay again and would not recommend Do not mind the lack of facilities as such if it gave the appearance of being clean

Location & proximity to Blue Mountain Village & Collingwood beaches (Sept. 11). Chalet style resort. Comfortable suites. Prices good. Adequate equipment/utensils in kitchenette.

Bed comforter stained with drop of blood. Smell of the cleaner used on bathroom floor (mostly resembling smell of a "dirty mop"). Ironing board stuffed in closet upside down as its stand was broken and wouldn't fold closed. Told staff at front desk that a hand towel was missing from the sets in the bathroom. Were told to check under the sink - in case it was there. Unusable patio/patio furniture due to dirt/grime and accumulated debris. Gaping hole on patio door screen.
